Using CSS you can make your website as attractive you want. It does this by maintaining style sheets which sit on top of other style rules and are triggered based on other inputs, such as device screen size and resolution. Hakon Wium Lie proposed the concept of CSS while working with Tim-Berner Lee in 1994. The current version of CSS is CSS 3. Bootstrap is the famous framework CSS developed by Twitter. 

JavaScript

JavaScript is a programming language which was developed for web development in 1995. It is very useful for making a website dynamic and interactive and powerful. It is used to transform a static HTML web page into a dynamic interface. All the popular websites use JavaScript for their web design. JS has a set of many frameworks and libraries like React, Node, Vue, Angular etc.

Back End Developers

A back-end developer is a web programmer who is responsible for server side development. Server side development includes database management, scripting etc. Back end development is the brain of a website as it stores all the information of registered users of a website which include their email, name, contact number, date of birth qualifications , images and much more. So whenever a user log in or sign up in a website all their information is stored and maintained by back end servers.

A full stack developer is a programmer who can code for both front end and back end as well.
These developers are very useful as they can develop a complete website on their own. A full stack web developer has expertise in all layers of web development.
A full stack developer can plan out his/her own projects as they know which tools best suits for their project.
